How does it work?

Simply Add Video-call shopping to your cart before or after you have completed your online grocery order. You will receive a confirmation of purchase in your email along with an estimated time frame for when your video-call shopping will take place. You will then receive a call from your shopper to start the video call or to remind you to join the zoom call. While inside the store for the duration of the call, you can direct your shopper to different areas of the store or to give you an overall tour. You can also ask your shopper to show you any item within the store that you would like to see, including items already in your cart. If an item is or is not to your liking, you can ask your shopper to add or remove items from your cart. After the allotted time, your shopper will finish shopping for you and deliver your items. You will be charged the additional cost of any item you add, and will be refunded for any item you remove from your cart.
